How do we Book?
Please enquire through email or by using our contact us page. Wills Bars can then inform you if we have availability for your date. We will then send across a booking form and bar tariff.
A £200 deposit is required to confirm your date which is refundable after your event.
Do we need a Temporary Event Notice?
This will be dependent on your venue and if they carry the relevant licenses. If not then it is a £21 charge to the local council which I am more than happy to organise on your behalf.
Do you charge corkage fees?
We do not charge corkage fees. We however request that when Wills Bars is open that all alcohol provided is only purchased and consumed through us. (unless otherwise agreed)
Do you accept cash and card?
We accept cash.
We accept card payments (signal dependent)
How long does it take to set up?
It takes approximately 1 hour to set up but we will ensure this is done prior to guests arrival.
